Wilson was a great help to get our curtains and blinds sorted within a week. Just 7 days before moving in we engaged... these guys, and they did an amazing job! The curtains and railings were of good quality. Installation was a breeze with these guys. They installed curtains for 3 rooms and blinds for the balcony and hall in less than an hr. Just did the installation today and it is nicely done by Kwan! He showed & explained to us on how to assemble the... curtains etc. Most importantly, dealled with Vin Aw and it is a breeze. Several of my neighbours introduced Wilson on his blinds & curtains via group Facebook. Since I have his contact, I... kept procrastinating to get the stuff done since my renovation is still on-going. Its until the last minute that I have to get it done that I contacted Wilson.
He was very accommodating to my schedule on the meeting to get the measurements done and explaining the blind differences to my husband. As we are in a rush to get the blind up, he also chase his office to get it out by the date that we want.
As I have arranged for cleaning services during the day of fixing and the timing does not match nicely (2.30pm to 4.30pm - cleaning service, 4pm to 6pm - blind fitting), my husband has requested Wilson to do it earlier knowing that he has other fitting to do (so sorry for the changes and thanks so much for acceding to our request as this is really last min changes).
Overall service is awesome and I recommend everyone who are interested in doing the blind/curtain to engage them 🙂

Wilson is a very thoughtful and responsible person. I am Glad that my house curtains are from him. He will always try... his best to meet my schedule despite he is busy. I don't have any knowledge in washing or maintain the curtain but he teaches me how to handle those problem. After sales he even advice me to call him if I face any problem. Installation guys came way before time (which is a good thing), extremely friendly and helpful, and completed the job without much hassle..
Only thing was that the system for the blinds in the bedroom was not covered up like the venetian ones. A small drawback against a totally satisfying purchase. Shld have requested for full cover for the roller system..

I had a bad experience with your sales person. He requested for a change of appointment date on the day itself but I... couldn't make it. He then called me for an earlier time and I agreed to it. End up, I waited for 10minutes. That is still not the main point. When he arrived, he just told me that you guys gave bto packages for our bto group and told me about the price. And I realised the quote was different from what my bto group stated. He told me it was the promotional price and I should get it before it's gone at your company. I then asked him about the solar films, and he quoted me immediately without taking any measurements. I had to request him for samples of the films before he took out. But he did not even introduce nor letting me feel the different types of films and he placed it back into his bag. The total time he at my house was not more than 5 minutes. My question here is, if he is not taking any measurement nor introducing the different types of films, what's the point of him coming to my house? He would have texted me the quotations instead of wasting my time. I'm expecting a reply and explaination.read more
