Wilson was a great help to get our curtains and blinds sorted within a week. Just 7 days before moving in we engaged... these guys, and they did an amazing job! The curtains and railings were of good quality. Installation was a breeze with these guys. They installed curtains for 3 rooms and blinds for the balcony and hall in less than an hr. I had a bad experience with your sales person. He requested for a change of appointment date on the day itself but I... couldn't make it. He then called me for an earlier time and I agreed to it. End up, I waited for 10minutes. That is still not the main point. When he arrived, he just told me that you guys gave bto packages for our bto group and told me about the price. And I realised the quote was different from what my bto group stated. He told me it was the promotional price and I should get it before it's gone at your company. I then asked him about the solar films, and he quoted me immediately without taking any measurements. I had to request him for samples of the films before he took out. But he did not even introduce nor letting me feel the different types of films and he placed it back into his bag. The total time he at my house was not more than 5 minutes. My question here is, if he is not taking any measurement nor introducing the different types of films, what's the point of him coming to my house? He would have texted me the quotations instead of wasting my time. I'm expecting a reply and explaination.read more
